Terms
These terms cover joining the waitlist — nothing more. There is no marketplace yet, no account, and nothing to buy. When Klatsch opens, a full set of marketplace terms will replace this and you'll be asked to accept them before you can trade.
What you're signing up for
You're giving us an email address so we can tell you when Klatsch opens. That's the entire arrangement. Joining the waitlist is free, creates no account, and commits you to nothing.
What we're promising
To be plain: a spot on the waitlist is not a guarantee of access, a reservation, or a purchase. We can't promise when Klatsch will launch, that invitations will go out in the order people joined, or that it will launch at all.
We're building this. Plans change, timelines slip, and projects sometimes don't ship. If we abandon it, we'll tell you and delete your address.
What we ask of you
- Submit your own email address, not someone else's.
- Don't use bots, scripts, or automated tools on the form.
- Don't try to break, overload, or probe the site. If you find a security problem, please tell us at support@klatsch.shop instead of exploiting it — we'd rather hear from you.
We may remove any address from the list that looks fake, automated, or submitted without the owner's permission.
Leaving
Email support@klatsch.shop and we'll delete your address. Every email we send will also carry an unsubscribe link. There's nothing to cancel and no account to close.
The site itself
The Klatsch name, wordmark, and the design and text of this page belong to us. The typefaces are licensed under the SIL Open Font License. Please don't copy the page and pass it off as your own.
The site is provided as it is. We can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we're not liable for losses arising from it being down — though given that it's a page with an email box on it, there isn't much at stake either way.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we change something that matters, we'll email everyone on the list before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. If you're a consumer elsewhere, this doesn't take away rights you have under your own local law.
